The original Willow Pond B&B was opened in 2002 and was on a 50-acre farm with 10 landscaped areas where you could stroll along the coldwater creek, see salmon spawning and feed the large goldfish in the natural pond. After 7 years, Lynn decided to sell the property and open the first Willow Pond Licensee in Orono.
	Marta and Lech Jaworski, having already run a B&B (Hillside Estates) decided to become the first Willow Pond Licensee. Their property is very similar to the original Willow Pond. A picturesque 40 acre countryside estate with a private lake. Spot the Great Blue Heron and Canada Geese, feed the fish and relax on the dock. European hospitality is their specialty. Be sure to include dinner with your reservation!
This new facility is also open all year round and is a member of the "Clarington Country Bed and Breakfasts." Your B&B Consultant, Lynn Morrison, is a Deputy Coordinator of OCEAP (Ontario Community Emergency Assistance Program) a non-profit registered charity dedicated to assisting communities in need during a crisis or disaster. Lynn also runs Fisherman’s Paradise Charters, an award-winning Fishing boat that takes groups of 6-8 people out on Lake Ontario out of Port Whitby for Fishing Tours or Meeting Cruises. Great for team-building sessions.
