Intimate Business Retreat (up to 12 guests) – The Pine Suite

One or Two Day Events (April 15th until October 15th -Monday to Friday-Up to 120 guests, 150 classroom style)

• Check-in time 8:00 a.m., One Day Event at 5:00 p.m. Check-out time for a two-day event at 4:00 p.m.
• 30’ x 60’ 3-poled marquee tent with French Window Walls and 30’ x 60’ raised floor
• Coffee, tea, pastry and fruit service
• Tables and chairs
• Electricity and Wifi
• Two break away areas available for up to 10 guests each
• Catering is additional cost to package price as per menus below.
• Overnight accommodations for up to 8 people, breakfast included
• Accommodations can be arranged in neighbouring bed and breakfasts and hotels by your Event Coordinator.
• Cost for this Package $25.00 per person per day, minimum 75 people on at least one day
