Did you know:
Weekly rates – at Willowpond we offer weekly rates for extended stays. Some suites are available with kitchens and private entrances.
Towels and Linens - these are always supplied at our B&B's. To preserve the environment the sheets are not changed during a 7-day or less stay, unless you specifically request it. Towels will be replaced only if they are left on the floor.
Forgot to pack? Willowpond can usually supply you with anything you have forgotten to pack, such as toothbrush, hair brush, etc.
B&B's have a limited number of rooms and need your understanding about their cancellation policies. Generally they need a longer cancellation period and a non-refundable deposit. Please inquire when making your reservation.
What to expect at Willowpond Bed & Breakfast
Food Allergies - When making reservations please notify your innkeeper of all food allergies
Children and pets - children and or pets are always welcome at Willowpond, please advise your innkeeper when making your reservation
Ensuite, private or shared - Ensuite means the bathroom is contained in your room, private means it is separate from your room but for your exclusive use. A shared bathroom means you are sharing with another guest and or your innkeeper.
Breakfast - Breakfast is usually included in the rate. Normally it is a full hot breakfast that is served at a predetermined time. Unless you have a food allergy, the menu is also preset. Some innkeepers post the menu the night before. There is always a large selection of regular breakfast items ie. selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, breads and muffins to satisfy everyone, even if they do not fancy the hot dish of the day.
Room service - Your innkeeper upon request will arrange for a continental style breakfast in your suite. At Willowpond you can reserve dinner in advance to be served in your suite.
Additional meals - picnic or box lunches can be requested, some B&B's accept dinner reservations in advance.
Group dinners - Small groups of up to 10 can reserve dinner at some of the B&B's – even if you are not actually staying at that specific B&B, it will be closeby.
Arrival and departure times - special request can usually be accommodated, but generally speaking 4 pm arrival and 11Am departure
Common Areas for B&B guests - all B&Bs have areas for all guests to gather. Your innkeeper will inform you upon arrival where the common areas are. Outdoor areas are generally for guest use.
Pool Rules - our heated saltwater pool is open 24 hours a day for adults only. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. We reserve the right to restrict guest’s use of the pool depending on behaviour.
Pond and Creek warning - Adults must keep their children with them at all times. Willow Pond is not liable for any accidents relating to the pool, pond or creek.
Babysitting services - If available and reserved in advance this service can be supplied. Please advise your innkeeper when making your reservation.
Late arrival arrangements - Don’t worry you can come and go as you please with our keyless entry system. Ask your innkeeper how it works when booking with us at Willow Pond.
