Destination Elopement Wedding Package

Escape to Willow Pond for your intimate and very private Wedding at Willow Pond Country. No other B&B guests will be in residence. Everything is arranged for you, including the following:

Exclusive use of the B&B and grounds from Friday at 4pm to Sunday at Noon
Decorated Gazebo or Arbour for the Wedding Ceremony
Officiate and Witnesses (if necessary) for the Ceremony
Photographer-12 professional photos available on CD
Hairdresser and Makeup Artist for the Bride
DJ: Music for the Ceremony and Dance afterwards

Bar Service:

At Willow Pond there are no corkage fees. Just hire the Bartender through us and obtain your own LCBO Special Occasion Permit and Liquor Liability Insurance. You purchase all the wine and alcohol directly from the LCBO and take any leftovers home with you! This is one of the great advantages of having your Wedding at Willow Pond Country. You can even make your own wine, have your personalized label attached, and serve it at the Reception.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes are additional, 10% service charge additional.

Damage/Cleaning/Theft Security Deposit required in addition of $750.00-refundable within
thirty (30) days after the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 required upon booking. 50% of balance payable
six months in advance of event. Balance must be paid in full at least 60 days in advance of event.

Conditions:
If a Special Occasion Permit and Liquor Liability Insurance is obtained, then a Smart Serve Bartender @ $25.00/hour, minimum 4 hours is at an additional cost. A minimum of 50 guests is required for all Menu Packages, otherwise Table Setting Rentals and Staff will be at an additional cost as follows: Table Setting (white linens, Royal Doulton China and cutlery, wine glasses and water goblets) $6.50 per person
Each Server – $15.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours (Total number to be determined by Caterer, depending on the number of guests and the package chosen).Taxes additional.
